Men feel too. The question is who is listening. A Sunday afternoon in Milfontes to talk about men's mental health out loud and without shame. We open with a presentation of the book O Homem Possível (The Possible Man — A sensitive manifesto for those who no longer fit the model) by João Vaz, psychologist. A talk and an open conversation with the room follow. Everyone is welcome: mothers, fathers, sons, grandparents, uncles, friends and the curious. We all know a man who holds it in. Many of us have been that man. You do not have to speak about yourself, and nobody will ask you to. In Portuguese, with English translation if anyone in the room needs it. Two hours, 16:00–18:00. A €5 contribution goes to Associação The Possible Man.
