How do the Moon & Sun Promo Cards work?

Accepted Answer

Each Moon Promo Card is serialised from 1/888 to 888/888. Your redemption voucher corresponds to a Sun Promo Card with the exact same serial number, allowing you to complete the matching pair.

When and where can I redeem my Sun Promo Card?

Accepted Answer

Redeem your matching Sun Promo Card at SCCS × IAM, Begonia Ballroom, Downtown East, on 5–6 September 2026 from 11AM–9PM. Present your original redemption voucher at the SCCS redemption counter.

Do I need to bring my Moon Promo Card to redeem the Sun Card?

Accepted Answer

No. You only need to present the original Sun Promo Card Redemption Voucher. Your matching Sun Promo Card will be issued based on the serial number stated on the voucher.

What happens if I lose my redemption voucher?

Accepted Answer

Please keep your voucher safe. Lost redemption vouchers will not be replaced, and the original voucher must be presented to redeem the corresponding Sun Promo Card.

Question 8

Can someone else use my Sun Promo Card Redemption Voucher?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The voucher is transferable. Anyone holding the original voucher may redeem the corresponding Sun Promo Card during the stated redemption period.

Question 9

Is the Carousell Plushie guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No. Carousell Plushies are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. All other stated VIP Collector Pack inclusions are unaffected.

What does 1-hour early access include?

Accepted Answer

VIP Collector Pack holders may enter SCCS @ EXPO from 10AM, one hour before general admission at 11AM. Please note that individual vendor setup and operating times may vary.

Is there a dedicated VIP queue?

Accepted Answer

Yes. VIP Collector Pack holders will have access to a dedicated VIP entry lane, including re-entry during the event day.

Does the VIP Collector Pack include admission to IAM Singapore?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each VIP Collector Pack includes a complimentary ticket to International Automodified Singapore 2026 at D’Marquee, Downtown East on 5–6 September 2026.
