When should I arrive at the venue?

Accepted Answer

House will open 30 minutes before the start of the concert. We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the concert.

Is parking available at VCH?

Accepted Answer

Nearest parking is at Parliament House (note: no lifts or disabled access) and the Aldephi. Alternative parking sites: National Gallery, Esplanade and Fullerton Hotel.

Question 3

Can I exchange or get a refund for my ticket if I am unable to attend the concert?

Accepted Answer

All tickets sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, we are happy to assist you in transferring the ticket to another person who might be interested in attending our concert. Please email us at rafflessingersevents@gmail.com.

Question 4

Will I be able to photograph or film the performance?

Accepted Answer

Photography, filming, audio recording and live streaming are strictly prohibited during the performance.
