POOJA NANSI Pooja Nansi is an award-winning poet, performer, and educator. She is the author of three poetry collections and has performed extensively in Singapore and internationally. Her performance works include You Are Here, a one-woman show on migration and personal histories, and Thick Beats for Good Girls, an exploration of feminism, identity, and hip-hop. In 2024, her work was featured in For Real For Real at daadgalerie, Berlin, an exhibition by the Racial Imaginary Institute curated by Claudia Rankine.A recipient of Singapore’s Young Artist Award, she was also Festival Director of the Singapore Writers Festival from 2019-2023. In 2024, she was awarded the Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres by the French government for her contributions to the arts. YASHMITA D/O ANANTHANYashmita D/O Ananthan is a poet and undergraduate student in English and Creative Writing, and Sociology at Murdoch University. Her poems dwell in family, friendship, intimacy, memory, and the body. Her work has appeared in the Turning the Corner: Eye on the World 2021 publication and in public art initiatives such as “Poetry on the Big Screen”, and was nominated as a finalist for the 2025 Misfit Poems Prize. She has presented her work at writers’ festivals in Singapore and Perth, where she now lives. D/O (2026, AFTERIMAGE Press) is her debut collection in print.
