Help ActiveSGV show the JSFC some TLC!

Volunteer for a morning of community care to beautify the space and learn about sheet mulching!

What We’ll Be Doing:

• Weeding: Removing invasive plants and grass to give our native species room to thrive.
• Sheet Mulching: Laying recycled cardboard to naturally smother unwanted growth and spreading wood chips to improve soil health.

What to Bring:

• Wear: Sturdy closed-toed shoes (required) and sun protection (hat, sunglasses, long sleeves, sunscreen).
• Hydrate: Please bring your own reusable water bottle.
• We'll Provide: Gloves, tools, snacks, and extra water refills will be available on-site.
