Yes, this is a free community event! Everyone is welcome to join us at the Shaw Foundation Symphony Stage.

What time should I arrive?

Learners from Nexus will be performing at Singapore Botanic Gardens between 5:30-6:30pm on Saturday 18 April 2026. We recommend arriving a little earlier to find a good spot on the lawn and get settled with your picnic.

Question 4

Where is the best place to park or get dropped off?

Accepted Answer

The Shaw Foundation Symphony Stage is closest to the Tyersall Entrance (via Tyersall Avenue) or the Nassim Gate entrance. More information on how to reach Singapore Botanic Gardens can be found on their website.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Families are welcome to bring picnic baskets, food, and drinks. As it is an outdoor lawn setting, you may also want to bring a picnic mat or something to sit on.

Will the event continue if it rains?

Accepted Answer

In the event of light rain, the performance will continue. However, in the case of heavy rain or lightning, we may have to delay or cancel the performance for the safety of our learners.
