Mea(r)t Paradox is a capstone concert production presented at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, National University of Singapore. Through five original works, the performance explores the varied roles animals occupy in our lives, and how these roles shape our everyday perceptions and choices. Drawing on ideas from animal ethics and psychology, the concert translates these themes into sound, inviting audiences to reflect on empathy, habit, and ethical awareness. Accessible to all backgrounds, Mea(r)t Paradox offers a space for thoughtful and shared reflection.
