Yes, you can get tattooed/pierced at the New Mexico Tattoo Fiesta! Minors need a parent or guardian to sign consent. The parent must provide a birth certificate and ID for both themselves and the child. The artist must be comfortable tattooing minors, and the child must be at least 16—no exceptions.
