“Annette” follows the lives of Henry, a sharp-witted stand-up comedian, and Ann, a world-famous singer. From the public eye, they seem like the perfect couple —glamorous, joyful, and successful. But the birth of their daughter, Annette, a mysterious child with a unique destiny, turns their world upside down. 

Premiered on 6 July 2021 at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival, “Annette” earned Leos Carax (Holy Motors) the Best Director award. Starring Adam Driver and Marion Cotillard, the film blends music and drama in a passionate, emotionally intense cinematic experience.
