What is a Pop-Up Choir?

It’s a fun, no-pressure, one-off choir session where musical theatre lovers come together to learn and sing a song in harmony. No auditions, no long-term commitment—just pure joy, great music, and good vibes!

How does the session work?

Over three hours, we’ll: Learn the song – You’ll receive sheet music digitally, so bring a device (tablet/phone). Practice in parts – We’ll split into vocal sections and go through harmonies. Sing it all together! – We’ll put everything together for that thrilling full ensemble sound!

Do I need to be able to read music?

Accepted Answer

Nope! While reading music is helpful, we’ll teach everything by ear as well. If you love singing show tunes, you’ll fit right in!

What do I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

A device (tablet/phone) to view sheet music. A water bottle (hydration is key for singing!). Your enthusiasm for musical theatre!

Will there be audio support?

As this is an unplugged session, we’ll focus on natural projection and blending. We’ll arrange the choir in a way that helps everyone hear each other.

What if I can’t stay for the full three hours?

While we recommend staying for the whole session to fully experience the process, you’re welcome to join for as long as you can!

I’m nervous about singing in front of people. Should I still come?

Absolutely! This is a safe, judgment-free space where you can sing, have fun, and experience the magic of group harmonies. No pressure, just music!

I bought a ticket but can't make it. Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

We don’t offer refunds, but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another participant! They'll just need a screenshot of your ticket, as well as the name you purchased the ticket under.
