What is the refund policy?

Strictly no refunds, exchanges and requests of changing seats after purchasing tickets.

Are children under the age of 3 years allowed to watch the concert?

Children under the age of 3 years old will NOT be admitted.

Are we allowed to take pictures at the concert?

Strictly no photography and videography is allowed.
