The Employee LEAP program is a series of workshops giving participants the necessary skills and knowledge to make them more productive, efficient, and valuable in the organization. The LEAP acronym stands for:•L – Learn•E – Engage•A – Apply•P – PerformOnce participants learn the material, participants engage with it using interactive workshop activities.
