The Learn Agile Methodology Event

AAU Case Competition was founded in 2016 to provide the opportunity for students from Aalborg University to participate in case competitions and events. It is thé opportunity for students to enhance their theoretical knowledge and competencies whilst bridging the gap to the companies. In the few years of existence we have become Denmarks 3rd biggest Case Competition.As an organisation we strive to develop students theoretical knowledge and combine it with business-related skills. We want to be more than just a Case Competition – we want to be a community, a branding and recruitment platform as well as a compliment to the study-programs.Our mission is to bridge the gap between students and the business community. Furthermore it is our mission, to ensure the business community competent recruitment and networking.

<h2>Welcome!</h2><p>Look up any job description today, and most of them will require you to “be agile”. It is in the top 20 of demanded skills by companies of 2020. But what does this actually mean, and how do you convince future employees that you are capable of being agile? We have partnered up with <strong>KMD</strong>, one of Denmarks leading IT-Consulting firms, to expand your knowledge on the subject, and properly equip you to use agile methods in your workflow. Use it in your student job, student project, or bring the knowledge to the job interview!</p><p>Many organizations are adopting Agile methodologies to help increase team performance, improve customer satisfaction and increase project versatility. Organizations that have adopted Agile methodologies are able to respond to market dynamics and complete more of their projects successfully.
