	<li>1 hour Master Class with Balvinder Powar on &quot;Trust - The Sustainable Business Value in Fast Moving Times&quot;</li>
	<li>1 hour for personal interview slots- please bring your own laptops since your interviews will be held online and we will not be sharing laptops amongst one another for your safety.</li>

Dubai Admissions Day 

The IE University Dubai Office is excited to offer undergraduate candidates from Dubai the unique opportunity to fast track the IE admission process. Candidates who have completed the online application have the chance to qualify for the formal interview on Tuesday, February 2nd 2021 at the Rove Hotel Downtown.

TIMELINE: &nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>By Tuesday, January 26th &ndash; Complete the 1. Online Application, 2. IE Admission Test, SAT, ACT, CAS or LNAT and 3. Kira Online Assessment.</li>
	<li>Monday, February 1st &ndash; Receive the interview notification by email and if confirmed, obtain your unique interview time slot.</li>
	<li>Tuesday, February 2nd &ndash; Hybrid Admission Day! 6:00-8:00PM Dubai Time (GST): Master Class given by Balvinder Powar, Topic: &quot;Trust - The Sustainable Business Value in Fast Moving Times&quot;. Description: In this dynamic session we will discuss the Key leadership Values especially in these Uncertain and Extreme times. We have to understand what a VUCA environment is and how to turn it around, especially now. What can help us is to grasp the context of Disruptive Innovation which everyone talks about but few understand. How we innovate now and the values we demonstrate will deeply influence how our stakeholders react to us when things go back to some type of &quot;normal.&quot; Trust will be one of the key values we have to show now to keep positive engagement with our business and social communities &amp; customers. As in any crisis, it is a time when something &quot;breaks&quot; to offer new opportunities: this is both a danger and an opportunity but also a chance to reinvent ourselves. In this session we will help you to understand these important concepts and how to apply them to achieve sustainable and effective results.</li>
