With school start up approaching, or already in the thick of things, we are providing space and structure in this mini workshop to connect, reflect and plan for resourced and courageous teaching. We are in new territory – nobody knows this landscape, and so we will create our own maps as we go.We can’t control everything, but we are in charge of our responses and we can be flexible and prepared.We want to feel a sense of power and preparedness, regardless of what school looks like. Together we will explore our autonomy and necessary collaboration in our work contexts – and determine how we can make empowering choices and plans as we step into school – organized and with eyes-wide-open!
