The Bend Venture Conference (BVC), hosted by EDCO, connects Impact, Early Stage and Growth Stage companies with investment opportunities.

Now in its 17th year, the BVC is the largest Angel Conference in the West. This premier regional event attracts top entrepreneurs, investors and business leaders from across the country. Over the past six years, more than $11 million has been invested in 38 companies as a result of the conference. This year’s conference will take place both in-person in Bend, Oregon, and virtually online on October 15-16, 2020. See below for COVID-19 health and safety precautions. BVC 2020 will look a little different than in previous years. Smaller gathering sizes will be in place as we utilize multiple venues across Downtown Bend. Masks, wellness surveys and temperature checks will be required. Social distancing and other guidelines will also be in place. While the format and execution may look and feel a bit different this year, the impact for start-up companies remains the same. Join us as we make a difference for entrepreneurs!

If leading up to the event you have any symptoms associated with COVID-19 or have been in contact with anyone that has COVID-19, please do not come. Plan to join the conference virtually instead.Event attendance comes with risks. We strive to comply with all gathering guidelines put forth by the CDC and the State of Oregon. Please note, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By engaging in BVC, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Cancellation PolicyCancellation requests received by Friday, October 2, 2020, will receive a full refund.Cancellation requests received between Saturday, October 3 - Tuesday, October 13, 2020, will receive a 50% refund.If for any reason the conference needs to move to an all-virtual format, all in-person tickets will be converted to virtual tickets and the difference will be refunded.No-shows and same-day cancellations will not receive a refund. We will, however, do our best to transfer a registration to another representative of your company at on-site registration.
