UI/UX Training--Design for Developers by thoughtbot

The American Underground annual survey showed our teams requested the most help in User Interface and User Experience training. We are partnering with thoughtbot, one of the nation's leading design/development shops, to offer a free, full-day training session.

The workshop will touch on:

* Fundamental design principles

* The importance of a grid and how to use it

* Choosing a typeface and implementing great typography

* Collaborative problem solving

* Usability heuristics

* Usability testing
