Shoreditch Park and City PCN (a group of GP surgeries in the borough) are running a Family Health Fair for local residents.
Why?
The aim of the event is to increase your engagement (patient and family), healthcare professional and community engagement to support and empower you and your family to keep healthy and lose weight.
We have the following organisations coming along:
School nurses, Family Action, Shoreditch Trust, Health watch Hackney/City, HENRY, Healthier Together, Neighbourhoods, FUSION Lifestyles, Playstreets, Food Network Partners, Community Navigators, Hackney Council, Made in Hackney
