We are excited to welcome our new companies to the park. We will recognize our funders for both of these projects- Cowlitz County and WA State CERB . We will finally thank our design/engineering companies Gibbs & Olson and our contractor Rotschy Inc.
We will also be celebrating the ground breaking of Rose Way Industrial Park- the fifth industrial park for the Port. The new site will include 6 new buildings that will be available for lease. We will recognize our funders- Cowlitz County, WA State CERB and the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration. We will recognize HHPR for their design/engineering and our contractor [name of company]for phase one of the construction.
The Port of Woodland Commission is dedicated to meeting their mission through their commitment to attracting and retaining family wage jobs, supporting the industrial development and providing recreational opportunities to the region. These two industrial parks are estimated to create 300+ jobs. The investment of local, state and federal resources will directly improve and benefit the Port of Woodland community.
