Program Overview

Laboratory personnel are tasked to manage huge volumes of information, increase productivity, and enhance efficiency, all while maintaining compliance and managing costs. At times, this can feel overwhelming. In order to survive in a rapidly evolving and competitive environment, and manage increasing amounts of data, organizations must accelerate innovation and adopt agile solutions which remove barriers to innovation. In this session, Lee will cover strategies and tactics around the laboratory informatics’ promise, how a laboratory information management system (LIMS) may help your organization’s analytics and productivity, the shifts in the informatics macro-environment and technological trends that will reshape the laboratory informatics landscape.
