What you'll learn

Each training session lasts 1 hour and covers the following topics:

- School Improvement: How to use Arbor to enrich your SEF and communicate your School Improvement Plan

- Engaging Stakeholders: How to easily share the story behind your data, with key stakeholders ranging from SLT to governors to parents. Export your Arbor dashboards and performance reports to PDF, Excel, Live Feed and more

- Planning Resources and Staffing: How to use our subject-by-subject benchmarking to identify key areas to focus on at your school

- Workshop with Senior Leaders from Local Schools: Bring your own laptop and analyse your own school's data in real time during the session

What you'll take away:

Understand how to use your free Arbor Insight portal to analyse your latest ASP data:

1. Learn how to use the free Performance Dashboards to benchmark your performance against local, national, and “Outstanding” schools, drill down to uncover what’s driving over or underperformance, and export your data in multiple formats to share with key stakeholders

2. Learn how to use your free Performance Summary to give a high level overview of your performance, understand how your performance has changed over time, and ask key questions to inform your SEF

3. Come away with a plan of action! We'll be workshopping key take-aways from the session so you’ll leave with a plan to help you engage stakeholders across your school using Arbor, as well as an understanding of how touse Arbor to inform your school’s improvement priorities
