Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

You must be a licensed HarrisData customer and/or partner to attend HarrisData Collaborate 2017.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

You may transfer your ticket to another member of your organization.

Can I update my registration information?

You can update your registration information at any time.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can use mobile clients such as ApplePay to store your ticket and present it at the registration desk - the same way you would use an electronic airplane ticket. If you prefer, you can present the printed ticket to complete your registration process.

What is the refund policy?

All cancellations must be received by April 17, 2017 to receive a refund. Cancellations after April 17th are liable for the full registration fee. You may transfer your registration to another person within your organization at no additional cost. The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

You may transfer your ticket between employees of the same organization. To speed up your registration process, please update the information on your registration online before arriving at the registration desk.
