EATFE 2016 Registration

EATFE Biennium Dates: January 12-14, 2016

• Register EATFE attendees only (not your family members)
• Conference begins on Tuesday, 5 pm until Thursday 9:00 pm (travel home Fri. Jan 15)
• Optional sessions begin Tuesday morning at 9:00 am. See schedule: www.dts.edu/eatfe
• Check in: 3:00 pm Tuesday, Jan 12th (3 nights) OR Monday January 11th (4 nights)*
• Check out: 10:00 am Friday, January 15

Payment Fees

• Early Bird – pay in full by December 1st
• $130 for first person from institution
• $105 for each additional person from the institution
• Optional Sessions: no extra fee

• Regular – pay in full December 2nd and after
• $150 for first person from institution
• $125 for each additional person from the institution
  
• Optional Sessions: no extra fee

Payment Options (Credit Card or Check):

The EATFE account is housed at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (GCTS) and they continue to graciously offer their assistance. After you have registered, you will recieve payment instructions. These instructions are listed at www.dts.edu/eatfe.

Transportation

• EATFE will provide shuttle service to/from Den to Estes Park on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Please see www.dts.edu/eatfe for details.
• You are welcome to rent a vehicle on your own. Please let us know so we don't accidentally leave you to hitch-hike with a moose.

Lodging and Meals

Lodging fees include meals and cannot be separated. Please see www.dts.edu/eatfe for Lodging and Meal reservation instructions. There is a second sign-up link for Lodging & Meals reservations.
