- WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE VIP Q&A? Please plan to arrive at least 90 minutes prior to the event start time. If you are running late, unfortunately we cannot provide another opportunity for the Q&A. You will still receive your other items and be admitted to the exlcusive seating section.
