Unwind under the stars during a serene, candlelit evening by the pool. Guided by Martha Popova, you’ll be led through a sound healing experience that blends singing bowls, meditation, essential oils, and gentle journaling prompts to help you find balance and inner peace.

Begin with grounding breathwork and the calming scent of essential oils to help you settle into stillness. Then, drift on a floating bed beneath the stars or relax on a poolside lounger as the soothing tones of a live crystal sound bath wash over you.

Open to all levels. Please bring a towel or light blanket for comfort. No swimming required.
