Come Together– Directed by Nathan Hall Williams ⏰ 6:00 PM 🎞️ WATCH TRAILER 📝 “Come Together: Art’s Power for Change” is a documentary film series exploring how art shapes culture and fuels social progress. The pilot film revisits Dirty Laundry (2006), a groundbreaking comedy that challenged norms on identity, family, and belonging. With humor and heart—and an all-star cast—Dirty Laundry proved that storytelling can shift perspectives, spark conversation, and transform communities.🗣️ Live Talkback with featured creatives immediately following the screenings.
Assembly: – Writers & Directors: Rashaad Newsome, Johnny Symons⏰ 7:30 PM 🎞️ Watch Trailer 📝 Assembly follows interdisciplinary artist Rashaad Newsome as he transforms a historic military site into a utopian space for radical expression. Featuring dancers, poets, musicians, and a non-binary AI named Being the Digital Griot, the film explores Black and queer identity, systemic oppression, and resilience through powerful performances and workshops. Central to the project are tributes to Black trans women, the legacy of the AIDS epidemic, and the global evolution of vogue fem. As artists confront marginalization and violence, Assembly reveals how creativity builds solidarity, healing, and liberation.

B-Boy Blues– Directed by Jussie Smollett -⏰ 7:30 PM🎞️ Watch Trailer📝 A bold and emotionally charged film adaptation of James Earl Hardy’s groundbreaking 1994 novel.
