GET **IT DONE CLUB is a networking event aimed at women in business who are seeking to connect with others but struggling to find the time to do it all.C﻿ome along to a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the new <a href="https://newchester.market/how-to-find-us/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Chester Market </a>where there'll be opportunities to connect and network, plus allocated time to get working on projects of yours that keep taking a back seat.T﻿his event is a fundraiser for the <a href="https://iapmd.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">International Association for Premenstrual Disorders (IAPMD)</a> who do amazing work globally to raise awareness of <a href="https://iapmd.org/about-pmdd" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)</a>, and support those living with the condition.PMDD is a cyclical, hormone-based mood disorder with severe psychological symptoms arising during the premenstrual, or luteal phase of the menstrual cycle and subsiding within a few days of menstruation. It affects an estimated 5.5% of women and AFAB individuals of reproductive age.P﻿MDD is a perfect storm of mental health stigma and period shame so unsurprisingly, it remains a taboo subject, and because of a lack of understanding both in society and the medical world, it often goes undiagnosed or misdiagnosed as something else.As a person living with premenstrual dysphoric disorder, I can tell you that the work that the IAPMD does is not only vital - it's life saving, and as an IAPMD associate I am really proud to be bringing PMDD Awareness to Chester.T﻿he fee for attending this event is donation based and all money raised will help IAPMD on their mission to inspire hope and end suffering for those affected by premenstrual disorders - people like me - through care and support, education and awareness, research, and advocacy. What to expect on the day:9:00am start for networking and refreshments 9:45am welcome and raffle10-11am work time! Work on your to-do list or start new collaborations.Questions?
