Due to contractual obligations, we are unable to refund tickets. You are encouraged to retrieve a refund by using our private Facebook group to sell your tickets. If you accidentally purchased the wrong date, you can transfer your ticket to a new date.

There are parking meters that surround the hotel. Parking is free on the weekends in downtown Anchorage. If you are staying overnight at the hotel, the Hilton has a parking lot across from the hotel on 3rd Avenue.

We will start taking electronic tickets from VIP guests and early access ticket holders at 5:30pm. At 6:30pm, we will start taking electronic tickets from general admission. Please have your tickets ready on your mobile device for faster admission.

Yes, the Hilton Hotel will set aside a limited block of rooms for guests attending the event. Please check our social media platforms for a discount code on your room.

Yes, you may bring costume weapons to the ball however, they must be zip tied. Any weapons that come out, guests will be asked to leave the event. Plastic weapons are okay and do not need to be sheathed.

This is a black tie formal event. Riding leathers are encouraged or fantasy inspired downs are encouraged.

Yes! IDs will be checked at the entrance because this is a 21+ event.
