Brothers,

It’s been 5 years since the 110th Anniversary Reunion in Worcester, where over 250 brothers and guests through the many eras of Epsilon had a great night reconnecting and reminiscing about our days at WPI and the chapter house.

Common complaints that we heard that night were “It’s been too long since we all got together”, “I wish the night were longer”, and "Can you believe what Dickweed wore?" We can’t do anything about stretching out the night, we certainly hope Dickweed's wife will dress him better, and most importantly, we hope that you'll be joining us for this celebration!

This event is focused on you. No formal dinner, no long-winded speeches, and NO COMEDIAN! This is a night where you can spend quality time catching up with your brothers.

Reserve the date on your calendar now and start your planning. Talk to brothers you’re still in touch with and set up a road trip. Book a hotel room. You know it will be worth it, and you don’t want to be that guy that everyone’s talking about (“Whatever happened to him?”). Too many of you missed out on a great night in 2019. Don’t let it happen again.

Ticket Info

We would like to encourage you to sign up as early as possible to help with our party logistics and planning.

As an incentive, we are offering early bird admission tickets at $80 from now thru Jan 31st, regular admission tickets at $100 that can be purchased during Feb, and last minute admission tickets at $120 available from Mar-1 thru Mar 15th at a "you suck for taking so long to make up your mind" penalty. Admission for your date is at a constant price no matter how punctual you are or how much you suck.

Admission for undergraduates and their dates are set at a nominal fee to encourate 100% attendance and help offset the cost of feeding those bottomless pits that we all once were.

Proceeds

The reunion is being planned as a break even event, where alumni tickets help subsidize the actives. Any money left over after expenses will be split 50/50 and donated to the EBA and the USO, the active's charity of choice.

If you choose, you may make an additional donation that evening to either the EBA or the USO.

Hotel Information

We have secured hotel rooms at a discounted rate at a number of Worcester area hotels.

Residence Inn Worcester - $269/night (5 min drive to Union Station)

AC Hotel Worcester - $229/night (5 min walk to Union Station)

We have also secured blocks of rooms in Marlboro, a short distance from Worcester

Fairfield Inn & Suites Boston Marlborough/Apex Center - $189/night (15 min drive from WPI)

Courtyard Boston Marlborough - $179 per night (15 min drive from WPI)

As usual, we are working with outdated, sometimes ancient, contact information. We're glad you have received this invitation and are coming. But we need your help both to make sure the brothers you keep in touch with get the invitation and to ensure they are properly encouraged (i.e. harassed, harrangued, and otherwise beat into submission) to attend. Do your best to spread the word and encourage attendance!
