Organizer of VPCT presents The Little Mermaid July 27-30
The VPCT is a youth theater group operating out of the Victoria Opera House in Baltimore. The VPCT is a sub-committee of the Baltimore Downtown Restoration Committee. Since its beginning in 2016, the VPCT has provided opportunities for children to participate in community theater productions like "The SpongeBob Musical," "It’s a Wonderful Life" and "A Christmas Story."
